Research On Security Policies Of Women's Labor Rights And Interests In Wenzhou City

Modern women have played an important role in social development,social stability,family harmony and so on,especially in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.But in the actual labor,labor rights and interests of women's legal is often violated,even deprivation,resulting in a serious impact on their work and life,is not conducive to the building of harmonious labor,and is not conducive to the harmonious development of society.Therefore,this paper takes Wenzhou women as the research object,and studies and discusses the policy of protecting the rights and interests of the working women.The article mainly uses comparative research,literature research,questionnaire survey method.Through investigating the Wenzhou women's labor rights protection to obtain empirical data,and on this basis,combined with the Wenzhou Municipal Women's labor rights protection policy research,from which to explore the shortcomings of the policy of labor rights protection in Wenzhou city women.The article proposes the main causes deficiencies of Wenzhou women's labor rights protection policy are policy-making,the absence of women decision-makers in the absence of gender awareness,traditional concept of value orientation of public policy effect,policy propaganda is not in depth and its implementation is not in place and so on.Based on the analysis of the China's national conditions,experience of absorbing and drawing lessons from some western developed countries in the policy of guaranteeing women's labor rights and interests,proposed to strengthen the policy decision of female discourse layer,improve policy decision-making social gender consciousness,perfecting the mediation policy to protect the rights and interests of women female labor content and the promotion of women's labor rights protection policy execution and other security measures to fully protect the labor rights and interests of women in Wenzhou city.
