Research On Mobile Government Affairs Service Based On Public Demand

At the end of last century,e-government appeared in the field of vision and gained the attention and development of all countries because of its great advantages.Although E-government has improved the government's public service capacity and administrative efficiency,it still has "e-government digital divide".With the continuous development of mobile communication equipment,mobile devices have been applied to all aspects of life,and mobile government affairs have emerged as the times require.It has effectively made up the defects of e-government,and has become an indispensable link in the modern e-government mechanism.Mobile government focuses on government services,and public demand is the core of mobile government activities.Based on this,this paper will analyze the mobile government service from the perspective of public demand.This article studies the mobile government service from the perspective of public demand.The full text is divided into seven parts: The first chapter is the background of the topic and the significance of the topic.It also introduces the current research status of the development of mobile government services;Chapter II For the analysis of mobile government services,this chapter first introduced the concept and role of e-government and mobile government affairs,and then analyzed related theories of mobile government affairs analysis,such as citizen participation theory,customer-oriented government service concept,public demand theory,etc.;The three chapters describe the public needs of mobile government services.They are mainly described in terms of content,functions,approaches,and means.The fourth chapter is the mobile government service model based on public needs.This chapter briefly introduces the mobile information delivery model and mobile service delivery model.In the fifth part,based on the analysis of the mobile government construction under the public demand in the previous chapter,this chapter constructs a new mobile government service platform in order to better meet public needs;In the sixth chapter,the author adopts the case analysis method to introduce the construction and development of Beijing's mobile government affairs,analyze its development concept in the construction of mobile government affairs,and draw relevant experience from it;.The seventh part was the conclusion.The author summarized the main contents of the full text and looked ahead.The main conclusions are as follows: first,through questionnaire survey and other forms,this paper finds the basic cognition of the public on mobile government affairs,and understands the demand for the function and mode of mobile government affairs.Secondly,this paper expounds the model of mobile government affairs in detail.The model of mobile information transmission,such as interaction,self-help and push,and mobile service mode,such as mobile management,mobile democracy and mobile office,is the main mode of mobile government service to meet the needs of the masses.Thirdly,based on the specific situation of public demand,a mobile government service model based on public demand is built.Type,in order to improve the current situation of the current mobile government affairs;finally,through the specific case analysis,find out the key points of carrying out the mobile government activities based on the public demand.
