Research On Government Public Service Influence Of "Mobile Government"

United Nations E-Government Survey 2014 ?,China's egovernment development index ranks 70 th among the 193 member states of the United Nations.China's e-government development index ranks 70 th,among 193 member states of the United Nations.At the same time,The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements for the development of China's e-government those related to the overall objectives of the national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity.As "Internet +" becomes a part of e-government,more and more countries recognize and value the development of mobile e-government.As a mobile Internet country comparable to the United States,China has the world's largest number of Internet users and mobile terminals;China has four of the world's top ten Internet companies with the highest market value.The unique foundation provides a favorable opportunity for the leapforward development of China's e-government.In this critical period of transformation and development,mobile internet has made it possible for China's e-government to achieve leap-forward development.Owing to the development and popularization of mobile government related applications,the communication channels between the governments and the public diversified increasingly.With rich contents,various forms and accurate information notification,Government WeChat has become another important new media platform for the government to enhance the dialogue between officials and the public after the Government Weibo.WeChat is a free instant communication tool for mobile Internet terminal users launched by TENCENT Company.Since it found in 2011,WeChat users have exceeded 1 billion,therefore Government WeChat,which has a strong connection with the application,is highly applicable.In recent years,urban Government WeChat has been popularized nationwide,among which "Shanghai Release",with its earlier establishment and mature development,is the most representative.It always ranks the top in the WeChat list of government affairs,and has enlightening significance for other developing and emerging Government WeChat.Based on the literature review,combined with the basic mode and characteristics of China's mobile government,this essay takes "Shanghai Release" as an example to study the impact of mobile government on public services,and discuss the advance and improvement strategies of public services thereof.
