| With the high development of the society,the material living conditions greatly improved,tough and difficult situation has gone away from us.Contemporary students enjoying all the convenience and at the same time,their ability to withstand setbacks are gradually declining,primary school students,especially the junior grade in primary school don’t have a correct understanding of setbacks.As a result,a lot of junior students in primary school often choose negative ways to deal with setbacks in the face of them,such as resistance,avoidance,run away from home and even suicide.It’s high time to foster students’ resilience.As a basic organization of children and adolescents,Young Pioneers have a responsibility to cultivate the setback-resistance of young children.According to this,it plays an important role for improving junior children’s setback-resistance to research the real development of young pioneers’ activities in primary school.This paper is divided into five parts.On the introduction,it mainly describes the background,the purpose,the concept definition,the theoretical basis,the methods of this study.Besides that,it also introduce the innovation and shortcomings.The first chapter summarizes the relevant research through the literature review,including the setback-resistance and the activities of young pioneers.This part provides the foundation for the further study of this article.The second chapter is the empirical research part,which conducts a survey of the activities of the three primary schools in the s-region of the city of H with the help of a questionnaire,which start from the five dimensions,including the attitude of the coach on the activity,the hours of the activity,the form of activity,the guidance situation and the evaluation of the activity.This part mainly presents the design and investigation result of the survey,which provides data support for the analysis of the problems in the next chapter.The third chapter describes the problems of activity and analyses the reason by the result of the survey and the interview.The forth character is some successions for cultivating junior children’s setback-resistance.Through this study,the author hopes to provide a reference for the majority of the young pioneers education workers on the one hand,and on the other hand is to cultivate and improve the resistance of the students in the junior grades of primary school indirectly,helping young pioneers to understand the setbacks and improve their ability to cope with difficulties and setbacks,so as to help them better adapting to the new learning and life. |
