Research On The Requirements And Countermeasures Of Physiological Services For Pontoon-bridge Soldiers

Under the new situation,the psychological needs of the grass-roots soldiers become more and more varied,with the increasing proportion of only children and single parent families.In addition,the further expansion of forces mission results in a more serious requirement on the soldiers' psychological quality,which urges to further strengthen and promote the psychological service work of the army.The foundation of the psychological services is to grasp the psychological needs of the service objects comprehensively and clearly.The psychological service for the grass-roots soldiers involves multiple aspects restricted by their daily exercise,training,regulations,so that the present situation and prediction of soldiers' psychological activities are hard to grasp which brings out the particularity of the psychological service itself.This research directs at special requirements of our army's psychological service,takes the domestic and foreign experiences for reference,uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze requirements and formats soldiers' prefer in a certain pontoon bridge regiment,in order to provide decisive support for improving psychological service in that regiment.This research takes the soldiers in a certain pontoon bridge regiment as the research objects,and uses the self-designed questionnaire “The Questionnaire of the Grass-roots Soldiers' Need of Psychological Service” to survey 696 soldiers in regiment by stratified random sampling.The results show that,firstly,the soldiers' needs of psychological service are quiet strong,and mainly focus on the developmental needs,especially on the emotion management;secondly,the contrast is marked among different types of the grass-roots soldiers' needs of psychological service,especially between integrated training cadets and technological cadets,and between soldiers from rural areas and urban areas;soldiers tend to solve problems by themselves when meeting up with mental disturbance,and they prefers flexible and entertaining forms of psychological services.In order to further enhance the quality of our army's psychological services,and improve the predictability and pertinency,we have to strengthen the construction of the following aspects: first,with the target of development,constructing the education and teaching system for all soldiers;second,with the target of hierarchy,constructing the consultation and assistance system paying attention to the individuals;third,with the target of utility,enriching the method system of the psychological service work constantly.
