Research On Risk Assessment Of Social Drug Users

Social drug users are supervised by the dynamic control of drug users,but because they are not subject to mandatory control,drug users are easily out of control and cause public security problems.An ongoing programme of risk assessment,hierarchical management and classification control becomes a new exploration direction for the dynamic management and control of drug users.The accuracy of the risk assessment results in a effective introduction of the hierarchical management and classification control of drug users,which will help significantly to promote and proceed further development of drug control.In this paper,the integrated use of the comparative method,survey method and analytic hierarchy process to conduct a full studies on the risks of social drug users and findings of disadvantages of the risk assessment methods for social drug users in China in a chronological order.Based on the findings of disadvantages,the analytic hierarchy process took part and formed the risk assessment system for social drug users.Under the development trend with the help of existing data analysis of drug prohibition,an alternative or new path is required to make up for the inadequacy of the risk assessment in China.The first part of the article states the background,significance,review and ideas of this research.In the second part of the article,based on the definition of the concept of social drug users,the risk characteristics and classifications of the group are analyzed in addition to the discussion of significance of risk assessment.The third part of the article uses time as the lead,together with the actual research studied,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three typical appraisal systems in China,also,the result of evaluation is reviewed for any further improvements as required.The fourth part of the article explores the design of risk assessment for social drug users based on the analytic hierarchy process: Firstly,the feasibility analysis is carried out to determine the evidence and principle of index uses,the hierarchical analysis structure of the evaluation index,and screening out with the Delphi method to finalize the index uses for the risk assessment.then,the final decision-making of the design should be passed with consistency checks by completing the weights calculation via the construction of judgment matrix from different levels and expert scores.At last,the criteria of the evaluation index is set,and analyzing the live scenario by using the index to verify the accuracy of the risk assessment model.The fifth part of the article delivers a summary of the research and a suggestion is proposed based on the research findings: combination of the evaluation model and the risk classification assessment,strengthen the evaluation of data and construction of data collection capacity,emphasis on research and recommendation on areas considered with high risks that may influencing management.
