Case Intervention Research On Psychological Comfort Of Empty Nesters In Rural Areas

There are numerous elderly people in China and there are a number of net increase in the number of elderly people each year.With the rapid economic development,urbanization is steadily advancing,and the population of young and middle-aged rural residents is rapidly losing.The children tend to stay in the city t owork and live.The family structure tends to be the core family and the family pension function is weakened.Rural old people are on the one hand consolidating the traditional thought of relocating the Antu and on the other hand living in the cities are facing problems such as adaptability,and the number of empty nesters continues to rise.In the absence of affection and affection,the elderly have increasingly reduced their frequency of contact with the outside world,and they are prone to loneliness.They even cause depression and are in desperate need of psychologi calcomfort.It can thus be seen that empty nesters not only provide physical protection,but also need to provide extra care in their lives and be spiritually satisfied.How to ease the problem of psychological loneliness of rural emptynesters,provide psychological comfort to empty-nesters,and allow old people to stay in their late years.This problem has aroused the attention and discussion of the whole society.Many scholars have put forward various opinions and solved problems.Created a social foundation.At the same time,as a group of professional helpers,social workers have mastered scientific methods of assisting people and used efficient work techniques to involve the psychological comfort of empty nesters.Select a representative empty nester to understand their inner thoughts and help them solve practical problems.Analyze the psychological status,problems and causes of empty nest old people from the perspective of social work,and use the working methods of individual cases to intervene concretely,strive to apply theories to practice,reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of specific operating techniques,and adjust and improve them in light ofa ctual conditions.This thesis contains four chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the background,purpose,practical significance and theoretical significance of the research,theoretical basis and practical basis of the selected topic,domestic and foreign scholars on the psychological research of the empty nest elderly,and the research methods used in this paper are field surveys and structured interviews.The innovation that was presented was the use of casework in intervention methods.The second chapter mainly discusses the current situation and performance of the psychological problems of empty nest elderly in rural areas,and explores the causes of the problems.It finds that important roles of other people play important roles in the life of empty nest old people,and the departure of important others will be empty.The old age of the old man in the nest brings many uncertainties;at the same time,the monotonous rural life also brings a shadow to the empty-nester old people's old age.The third chapter applies the case work to specific cases and explores the feasibility of individual case work in responding to the psychological problems of rural empty nesters.The fourth chapter summarizes and reflects on the entire practice process,and provides targeted suggestions for all eviating psychological comfort in empty nesters,such as enriching rural life.
