Study On The Governance Of Public Space Of Resettlement Community

The resettlement community is an inevitable form of community in the process of China’s urbanization,which is very different from the urban community and the rural community.The social relations of the resettlement community is transformed from the community based on the basis of the blood,kinship steering based on geography,so the resettlement community is more in need of a good community public space,so that the resettlement community can consolidate and develop the community.But now,the resettlement community public space has more problems,type or function which decides if the resident’s needs can be meet very well.Around a series of the community public problems are small,but the research on community public space governance is related to the improvement of the living environment quality of community residents and the improvement of community governance.Therefore,according to the theory of new public management and cooperative governance,this paper uses field survey methods to comb out the current situation of public space governance in B community in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of public space governance in B community,and explore the causes of community public space governance problems and put forward targeted countermeasures.In the course of research and discussion on the relevant theoretical issues,this paper clearly defines the concept of resettlement community and community public space.In particular,it points out that the community public space discussed in this paper refers to the community public space,excluding other public spaces in the city.mainly focused on public places where community residents have free access and carry out various social activities,as well as on institutionalized organizations and activities that exist within the community.In the process of sorting out the basic conditions of the B community,the general situation of public space,and the participation of public space interests such as grassroots governments,community neighborhood committees,and property companies in governance,It is believed that the governance of community public space in B is too administrative,the management of business committees is weak,the participation of community social organizations and residents is insufficient,and the quality of property services in the community is not high.It also points out that the cause of the problem of community public space governance is the lack of overall community planning,the imperfect community governance system,and the weak public awareness of community organizations and residents.Based on the theoretical knowledge and research materials learned,this paper puts forward some feasible and targeted methods for improving the management of public space in demolition and resettlement communities,namely by improving the planning of public places in the community and regulating the use of public places in the community to comprehensively transform the conditions of public places in the community.We will restore the autonomous functions of community neighborhood committees to enhance their capacity for community autonomy,give full play to the exemplary role of party members in public space governance by building party organizations in communities,promote the development of community organizations and guide their participation in public space governance.Various ways are adopted to raise the consciousness of the community residents.
