Research On The Impact Of Community Public Space On Community Governance And Its System

To a large extent,grassroots social governance can reflect the modernization level of the country’s governance system and governance capabilities.The urban community is the basic unit of the city.With the gradual downward movement of the social governance center,various regions have put forward different innovative theories and practices of community governance based on government guidance and governance needs.The study found that there are different community governance effects in different communities.Through the actual observation of the community and the reading of related literature,this article puts the starting point of the research on the construction of community public space in some communities.The study found that in the process of community governance,some communities gradually realized the necessity and importance of the existence of community public space,and also constructed different types and styles of public spaces in the practice of related projects to ensure residents’ participation in activities,leisure and entertainment And other needs.However,in reality,the focus of public space construction in various communities is not consistent,and there is a certain degree of impact on community governance but the effects are different.The research question of this article is,what are the impacts of community public space on community governance?What is the specific impact mechanism?In view of this,this article adopts a case study method,and intends to find out its specific impact mechanism on community governance through an inductive analysis of the relatively mature community public space in the case community.Judging from the existing research,the research on the relationship between community public space and community governance began to pay more attention to the function of public space at the physical level,and relatively little elaboration and induction of community public space at the social network level and spiritual level.But the reality is that the role of the physical level of the community public space cannot really make it play an important role.The community public space should have both a physical carrier and a social network and spiritual interpretation.This article uses symbolic interaction theory as a theoretical tool to bring symbols,context,mind,self and society into the case for analysis,and concludes that the impact of community public space on community governance is mainly reflected in the promotion of community participation and interaction,and strengthening of resource flow.And sharing,strengthening trust and emotional connection,and creating a community in four aspects.The impact mechanism is specifically manifested in five aspects:cultural radiation mechanism,interaction and integration mechanism,trust and emotion mechanism,resource intervention mechanism,and multiple linkage mechanism.For community governance,the process of governance and construction requires sustainable development,and its effectiveness cannot be viewed in the short term.Therefore,it is necessary to build a positive community situation and symbols,activate the cultural radiation mechanism,and enhance the trust and multiple linkages of community subjects,so as to promote the construction of community governance.The continuous advancement of community governance at the grassroots level is also an important step in helping the country build a pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
