Research On The Operation Of National Unity And Progress Education Base In Wuling Mountain Area

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Ethnic Work Conference and to make full use of Role of National United Education Center,State Ethnic Affairs Commission has named the 25 national unity and progress education base in the 2^nd batch after the 1^st batch that are 27 in number,and after that 23in the 3^rdd batch,30 in the 4^th batch,finally 60 in the 5^th batch,so there are 165 national unity and progress education bases in total.Of which,it exists 6 in the region of Mount Wuling,they are:Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Museum,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Museum,Chongqing National Museum,Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Tangya toast site World Cultural Relics Park,Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture site of the old city of Yongshun and the Old Place of The Victory of the Chinese People's Anti-Japan War.Under the leadership of these bases,the people of the region of Mount Wuling have made stable contribution to uniting the ethnic education.The National Unity and Improvement Education Base serves as an important medium.It not only encourages and spread regional ethnic culture,but also is a platform to unite the ethnic.It can enforce the national consciousness and consciousness of unity and can be a excellent way to enforce patriotism education.By using the methods of Simmel's Social Interaction Theory with Relevant Theory of pedagogy,we can analyse the mental and cultural interactions of ethnic education and republic.Analyzing the significance of educational activities from a theoretical perspective can make more professional in academic papers.Under the help of State Ethnic Affairs Commission and local government,national unity and progress education bases in the region of Mount Wuling have made huge progress.But there are also many problems which can't be avoided.For example:the degree of unity education is not so deep;the regulations of these bases aren't standard;the publicity power is not enough;the fund is too limited,etc.In order to improve the tasks of ethnic unity and progress education bases,and as well as to construct,manage and make full use of them,I have many propositions to improve nowadays'situations:1.the local government try their best to enlarge the amount of fund to improve infrastructure construction,and they should try to transform the local concept and make many profitable policies;2.In the aspects of national unity and progress education bases,they should attach importance to the construction of itself,and make efforts to the HR of these bases,and should enlarge the social influences by promoting and encourage the innovation to enrich the activities in these bases.
