Study On The Splice Strategy Of Junior High School Young Pioneers And The Communist Youth League

The "middle school Communist Youth League reformation project" issued in 2016 and the "Young Pioneers reform program" issued in 2017 put forward the splice of the young pioneers and Communist Youth League as the key work about the young pioneers and the Communist Youth League in middle school.The construction of team integrated education is an important task of League building since the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.According to the physical and mental development characteristics of the junior high school students,the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League proceeds rational division of labor and cooperation to achieve a smooth transition and effective cohesion of the junior high school team and the Communist Youth League.It is an important measure to carry out the spirit of the 16 th Communist Youth League,the innovation of the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League.On the basis of discussing the general theory to junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,this study investigates the current situation of junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,analyzes the problems and causes of the splice between the young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,and then puts forward the strategies to optimize the splice between junior high school pioneers and the Communist Youth League.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which clarifies the origin,purpose and significance of the research,defines the relevant concepts which involved in this paper,and introduces the research ideas,methods and innovations.The first chapter-literature review,which expounds the existing research on the splice between the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,mainly involving the research on the work status of the junior high school and the Communist Youth League,the study of the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,the integration of the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League,and combing the achievements and shortcomings of the existing research.The further development of the research has laid the foundation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this article,explaining Marx's theory of man's comprehensive development,Bronfenbrenner's ecological system theory,and the theory of Parsons' s social action,providing theoretical support for the study of the splice strategy of the junior high school and the Communist Youth League.The third chapter is on the analysis of the splice between the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League.On the basis of interviews and observations,we discussed the results of the junior high school young pioneers and the Communist Youth League in the three aspects of national planning,cohesion goal and project structure as well as the problems in "team cohesion content,approach,evaluation,and the construction of the counselor team".We make a further discussion on the reasons for the existence of problems from the "current educational system,the awareness of splice,communication mechanism,guarantee mechanism" and other aspects.In the fourth chapter,on the basis of the above research,the strategies are proposed to optimize the splice between junior high school pioneers and the Communist Youth League in the five aspects of "team cohesion content,splice way,counselor team construction,splice evaluation,and splice guarantee mechanism" in view of the existing problems,so as to achieve the most effective engagement.Therefore,we must proceed to compile a unified education enchiridion and build a content system of team spice based on the reality of team members.And the innovated splice approach is necessary to propose constantly.At the same time,it also plays an important role in the development of junior middle school team members.Therefore,to prepare a unified education reader and build a content system of team convergence,we must proceed from the reality of team members and constantly innovate the convergence approach.In addition,we must strengthen publicity and improve the awareness of the team work to consummate the evaluation system of splice between the young pioneers and the Communist Youth League continuously.In order to obtain the actual effect,we also need to do some more both from the manpower and the material resources to provide guarantees for team spice.
