Juveniles are the hope of country's development;also they influence the country's flourishing and invigorating.Organization construction is the basic work content of the Young Pioneers.It is the premise of the Young Pioneers' work,and also takes on the mission of moral education and teaching activities.Organization construction of the Young Pioneers summarized as construction of organizational institutions,team building and Culture.The construction of team building includes team management,construction of small cadres and instructors.Junior middle school is an important period for teenagers to change from children to adolescents,and it is also an important stage for them in the formation of outlook on life and values.Good moral education infiltration and thought leading are very important at this stage.Organization of the Young Pioneers plays a key role in the junior middle school which is the basic position for the growth and success of adolescents and close partner of school moral education.The Young Pioneers organization provides the basic guidance and exemplary role in the formation of teenagers' outlook on world,life and value.This article took the junior middle school in Changsha city as an example.It investigated the Young Pioneers' present situation of organization construction in the middle school from construction of organizational institutions,team building and Culture by questionnaire and interview.Through a series of analyses,the article found the following problems of organization construction of the Young Pioneers in Changsha city's junior middle school at present: organization institution is incomplete;the dominant status of team members is weakening,the Young Pioneers' etiquette education is gradually losing;the production and management of cadres are lack of standards;team members are inactive to participate in activities;team members are lack of initiative to participate in management;the professionalism of instructors is not high;the Young Pioneers organization is lack of attraction,cohesive force and influence.In the light of the above problems,the article put forward the countermeasures to promote the construction of Young Pioneers organization in junior middle school: establish long-term and effective Young Pioneers organization institution;build team members' records system;improve the contingent of cadres,including build fair and impartial selection mechanism and cadres rotation system;improve instructors' working ability and scientific research ability;regularly carry out various forms of etiquette education activities to let team members produce emotional identity in etiquette education,and let ritual sense to be effective guarantee for promoting the quality of the Young Pioneers.
