Study Of The Company Management In Military Academy's Joint-training Students Based On The Effect Of Talent Training

Company management is a big breakthrough in the transformation history of management model in our army,but the company management has comparatively short implementation time and little practical experience.In order to make better use of the company management,further improve the effect and improve the way of management,this paper studies the methods and characteristics,effect evaluation,factors and intervention strategies etc.of company management during joint-training students from a military academy based on the effect of talent training,the main content can be outlined as follows:(1)By studying the current research,combined with the specific implementation actual of company management in military academies,the details,methods and characteristics of company management are studied.(2)The effects of company management are studied and analyzed by utilization of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and cloud model using the effect of personnel training namely the overall quality of cadets as reference point.It turns out that the company management do achieve some good results,especially in aspects of students' military and political quality.But shortages do also exist.For example,the ideological and political quality and scientific and cultural qualities of students show a slow decline.(3)The problems found during the evaluation and the intervention strategies of the company management are studied.It is recommended to promote the existing teaching institutions,strengthen the study management of management echelon and the training of personal studying ability for the problems arise during the training procedure of the scientific and cultural quality.For that of the ideological and political quality,it is recommended to strengthen the individuality education and innovate the method of political education.
