Under Conditions Of Informatization Of Qualified Military Personnel Of The Military Academies And Training Research

Bringing up new-type quality military personnel that meeting the needs of constructing the infomationization troop and winning the information-based war is the higher requirement that the new century new age delivers to our military academy education, is also a magnificent realistic problem that the military struggle preparation must solve in current stage. Facing the challenges of the infomationization war in future, whether military academies can train and bring up a large number of new-type quality military personnel at higher starting point with strategic thinking and forward- looking insight, and meeting the needs of modernization, the world and the future, will have a direct bearing on whether our military forces can keep pace with the trend of world military development and can remain unconquerable in future high-tech wars. Therefore, a study should be taken into the new characteristics, rules, requirements, and moves of the personnel training of military academies during the new military transformation to offer right thinking, methods and ways to speed the training of new-type quality military personnel. This is an objective requirement to suit the new military transformation, an urgent need to accomplish the leapfrogging development of our military modernization, and the only way to promote the educational reform of military academies.This thesis take the talents cultivating in NUDT for example. It offers a deep study into the current personnel cultivating status in military academy by comprehensive investigation. It points out three obvious gaps: the comprehensive quality of the military personnel under current personnel training of military academies cannot meet the requirements of all-dimensional wars with combined offense and defense under the conditions of the new military transformation; the working ability of the military personnel can not meet the needs of the weaponry developing trend under the conditions of the new military transformation; and the development orientation of the military personnel cannot suit the needs of future military informationization drive. Then according to the internal requirements for new knowledge, technology, quality and ability of military personnel by the developing trend of the new military transformation, the thesis offers an all-round analysis of the basic characteristics, development characteristics and professional characteristics of the new-type military personnel under the conditions of informationization. The thesis expounds in a novel and all-round way eight characteristics that quality military personnel of new type need to accomplish the requirements of the new military transformation, that's, comprehensiveness, compositeness, all-roundness, innovativeness, developmentalness, intelligence, openness, and applicability. Under this model structure, to overcome the deficiencies in current personnel training concept, methods and system, the thesis originates a new personnel training concept characterized by people-oriented education, contents advancing with times, diversified methods, overall quality, and classified administration; a new personnel training system characterized comprehensive and optimized disciplinary specialties, overlapping courses, methods of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, scientific and rational assessment, and quality management integrating the objective with the course; and a new personnel training measure strengthening humanistic quality cultivation and military training of physical power, stressing cultivation of non-intelligential factors, internalizing informational accomplishment, and intensifying practical teaching, thus forming a rather good new personnel training system for military academies under the conditions of the new military transformation.
