The Study Of Building Up A Work Safety Emergency Management System

In recently years,natural disaster and industrial accident happened frequently,which has made a great impact on people's production and living,therefore,it's imperative to build an emergency management system.After the introduction of Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively promoting the rule of Law,the major and reality issue for Chinese scholars and officers is how to strengthen the emergency management system from the legal view.Because of the occurrence of production accident in China's emergencies is far more frequently than developed countries and more destructive than other national emergencies,therefore it is very representative to analyze the emergency management system through its construction situation.From the perspective of "A Case of three systems",this article analyzed problems of the management system,and used western countries' advanced ideas and Chinese scholars "4 viewpoint" for reference,through searching document resource,delivering questionnaires,and through the method of induction analysis,comparative analysis,deductive reasoning and factual based examples to explain that to build a emergency management system,we should focus on the legal construction,in accordance with the pace of legal construction,and then complete the development of emergency plan,event mechanism and disease control system to realize the target of building a perfect emergency management system where one can do his best on his position.
