Study On Emergency Management Of Public Safety In Harbin City

With the rapid development of economic construction in Harbin City, the new strategy and the implementation of large projects of city construction, gained the success that attract worldwide attention, the economic, political, culture as the center of Harbin city in Heilongjiang Province, city public security problems, prevention and management becomes more and more serious. Facing the new situation, how to strengthen the public security management, improve the level of emergency management, reduce the major public safety incidents, is a major new issues of government have to face.In this paper, the use of literature study, comparative study and case analysis and other methods, analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign city emergency management, combined with the Harbin city public safety emergency management status, an objective analysis of the existing problems of emergency management in Harbin City, the reasons of problems, make a positive thinking perfect the emergency management of public security of Harbin City, put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
