Research On The Relocation Project Management Of X College In A Military University

Alongside with the deepening of the institutional reform of military academies,military colleges and universities have been merged and reorganized one after another,forming a pattern of multi-campus and co-development.However,since previous multi-campus construction condition under the current urban density can no longer suit the expanding teaching and scientific research task undertaken by the military academies,limitations of barracks support becoming more and more prominent,and it is becoming more and more imperative to rebuild and expand the campuses.Under such context,a military academy,re-planned and adjusted the function of campuses,optimized and/or relocated some camp construction and barracks facilities.Currently,the logistics management departments of the military academies have not paid enough attention to such matters,relevant researches and experiences are also remaining limited.Thus,how to successfully complete the relocation task,improve the relocation quality,shorten the relocation duration and control the cost of relocation is now an urgent problem to be solved in military academies.This paper took the relocation of X college in this military academy as an object,building on a basic introduction and summary of the conception and theory of project management and military academy relocation project,analyzed the feature and difficulty in the process of the whole campus moving management,and studied whole relocation project on the aspect,and using the methodology of project management.Focusing on the goal of relocation,combining those important aspects of progress,quality and cost,this study developed the organizational structure of the whole campus moving engineering program,by applying the advanced management method such as WBS,CPM,the Gantt chart.Also,we established the plan of the relocation project and present the reasonable effective measures of controlling the progress,cost and quality.At the end,several new suggestions were raised on the sight of malarial management building on the further evaluation and summarization of this relocation project,and considering the similarities among this individual case and other relocation projects.
