The Application Of Project Management Methodology In The Transformation Of Corporate Relocation

Based on the concept of the management of the program's life cycle, this thesis points out that the principles of program management should be applied systematically to the whole process of the program management, not only to a specific period.Taking an example of the project of moving and renovation in Baoding machine tool plant, this paper makes an detailed estimate on start-up period and , aiming at the practice, it designs and programs the execution of the project by the technology of modern project management. Also, the thesis analyses the difference on the time-limit, cost and quality of the project . at the end of the paper, an later-estimate system is designed to evaluate the work on the project.
