Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Reform Of Mass Organization

Mass organization is a relatively special form of organization in the public sector of our country.lt has dual attributes similar to non-profit organizations and similar party and government departments.Since the birth of mass organization,it has played a bridge and link role between the party and the people in the process of social development and transformation.Basically,it has realized the functions of expressing and maintaining the interests of the affiliated groups.And also,it has played an important role in China's political,economic and social fields.But with economic and social development,especially after the reform and opening up,the society is beginning to show a pluralistic trend of development,the social structure is becoming more complex,the demands of the masses are more diverse,and the transformation of the functions of the government and the mass organizations has become more prominent and urgent.Mass organizations are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China re-planned the layout of the work of the Party's mass organizations and held the first meeting of the Party's mass organizations.The reform ofmass organization was launched in an all-round way.Through the analysis of the transformation of the major mass organizations in C city,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of participating in the work of the Party and government center and bringing into play the role of the bridge,analyzes the factors restricting the development and transformation of the group organizations,and seeks the way to solve the problems,so as to implement the strengthening proposed by the Party Central Committee.The suggestions on promoting the work of the Party's mass organizations will provide guidance on the way to transform the reform decisions of the Party Central Committee into the specific work of mass organizations.
