Study On The Current Situation Of Law Enforcement To The Basic Police In The Perspective Of Comprehensive Rule Of Law

Information can be spread rapidly since the rise of New Media and We Media.Inevitably,some violent incidents often make headlines in the major news media,like violent enforcement,violence anti-law,violent assault on police.The reform of our country has entered deep-water area.The grass-roots police directly face carry on the law enforcement activity to masses,which can not only easily cause tension of relationship between the police and the people,also affect the harmony of the society and trigger social contradictions.The study of the current situation of law enforcement to basic police in the perspective of comprehensive rules by law is conducive to the standardization of law enforcement by public security police,to the safeguard of the legitimate rights and interests of the police at the basic level,to the legal support and institutional guarantees for the current situation of law enforcement by the police at the basic level and more conducive to enhancing the credibility of the government and the law enforcement authority of public security organs.Taking the information society of the new era as the background and Marx's thought of ruling by law as the basis,this paper deeply studies the theory of comprehensive rule of law and analyzing the specific provisions of the law enforcement to the basic police and the current situation of the law enforcement at the basic level.Some achievements have been made in the law enforcement by the police at the basic level.Some achievements have been made in the enforcement of the law by the police at the basic level in our country.As a result,the awareness of the rule of law by the police and the people has been obviously strengthened,the standardized system of law enforcement has basically been established,and the Construction of Disciplinary style has been strongly moved.However,there are still many deficiencies in the law enforcement of the basic police.Illegal law enforcement are common,violent law enforcement still exists,and law enforcement defects emerge in endlessly.The paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions in view of these shortcomings.It involves improving laws and regulations,perfecting organization and management institutions,improving the standardization of law enforcement,strengthening the construction of law enforcement teams,updating law enforcement concepts and safeguarding the rights and interests of the police.On the basis of this,a deeper discussion was carried out to put forward more concrete suggestions and measures.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:first,there are many scholars studying the current situation of the law enforcement of the police,most of which focus on the non-standard law enforcement of the police,the violent law enforcement,the infringement of the rights and interests of the law enforcement,and so on.Under the background of the information society in the new era,this paper,in combination with the latest theory of comprehensive rule of law,deeply expounds and analyzes the current situation of the law enforcement of the basic police,and thus we obtains a new understanding and judgment for providing reference to improve the law enforcement environment and level of the basic police.Second,this subject integrates a large number of cases in the argumentation,strengthening the analysis of the current hot discussions and many cases handled.On the one hand,strengthening the strength of the argumentation;on the other hand,solving the problems of insufficient timeliness of related research results and lack of case data and analysis,and so on.
