Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban Ethnic Affairs Governance In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the number of ethnic minorities in cities has increased at an unprecedented rate,and the distribution area has undergone tremendous changes.China's socialist development has entered a new historical stage,the process of urbanization has developed rapidly,many Ethnic minority population flow from the original ethnic areas to the city.the city to the trend of multi-ethnic development.It is the goal of national work to do well in the management of urban ethnic affairs,create a good social environment,constantly improve the existing problems in ethnic work at the present stage,integrate the ethnic minority population into urban life and enjoy the fruits of urban development with urban residentsBased on ethnic theory and public management knowledge,combined with their own work practice,this paper discusses the basic ideas of promoting urban ethnic work,taking Shijiazhuang as a typical example where ethnic minorities live in diaspora,analyzes the ethnic work carried out in Shijiazhuang in recent years,and find five problem that can be improve on urban ethnic management in Shijiazhuang such as inadequate propaganda of ethnic policies and regulations,the need to strengthen the legal construction of Urban Ethnic Affairs governance,the lack of guiding measures to help ethnic minorities adapt to the city,the weak strength of grass-roots ethnic work departments,the concept of Ethnic Affairs governance,and the backward way.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the improvement measures from five aspects: strengthening the propaganda and education of ethnic policies and regulations,managing ethnic affairs according to law,promoting the legalization of ethnic work,doing well in the service and management work of ethnic floating population,cultivating grass-roots ethnic work force,changing the concept of governance,and promoting the modernization of ethnic affairs management.Shi and suggestions.This study has certain theoretical and practical significance to solve the problems encountered in urban ethnic work,improve the level of Urban Ethnic Affairs governance,and maintain the harmony and stability of urban society.
