Research On The Ability Improvement Of Township Government Staff

The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the capacity-building of government staff.The 19 th National Congress of the Party pointed out that we should build a contingent of high-quality professional cadres.Government functionaries are the backbone of the Party and state undertakings,representing the state to fulfill its rights,leading the economic development,promoting the development of science and technology,safeguarding social stability,and their ability to work relates to the development and progress of the country.Township government workers are at the grass-roots level,and their words and deeds are related to the image of the party and the government.Strengthening their capacity building is of great significance for solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers,building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.In this paper,the new era of township government staff capacity enhancement research topic,combined with incentives,people-oriented and other related theories,comprehensive use of literature,empirical research and data analysis,detailed analysis of the current township staff capacity improvement problems and causes.In order to further enhance the ability and quality of township government staff,the author puts forward suggestions from four aspects: establishing a scientific mechanism,focusing on training,strengthening supervision and management and strengthening incentive guarantee.
