The Predicament And Countermeasures Of Community Policing In Yueqing

Since the 18 th National Congress,President Xi Jinping has repeatedly put forward the principles and policies of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,and has repeatedly put forward his own views on why and how to rule the country according to law.The public security of the whole country is undergoing a comprehensive and profound reform of public security.In this reform,how to develop community policing and change the disadvantages of traditional community policing management has become a difficult problem in front of the public security reform.The author of this paper relies on his own work convenience,through in-depth analysis and investigation of Yueqing community policing mode,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Yueqing community policing,and puts forward the Countermeasures of promoting Yueqing community policing work on the basis of empirical research.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of community policing,and then,based on the status quo of community policing in Yueqing,analyzes the basic situation of community policing in Yueqing,the main body and hardware of community policing management,and the main body of community policing management,and finds out the problems existing in the management of community policing in Yueqing.Then,from several different perspectives,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of community policing management in Yueqing City,mainly as follows: changing the public's perception of community policing and police,strengthening the sinking of police force,and promoting the participation of the whole people;doing a good job in three aspects of "civil air defense","physical defense" and "technical defense",so as to improve Yueqing Society.The overall effectiveness of district policing.
