The Research On The Optimization Of Confidential Information Security Management Of Government Departments Under The Informatization Background

With the deepening of social informatization,Internet,information equipment and information system have been widely used in government departments,bringing great convenience for daily work and management of government departments.However,as informatization provides high speed and efficient information transmission convenience,it also brings great challenge of security management of confidential information to the government departments.The frequent occurrence of various cases of leaks in government departments has caused great damage to the interests of our party and country.The security management of confidential information of government departments is faced with a series of new situations,new problems and new challenges.The traditional confidentiality management mode and technical means can no longer satisfy the current confidentiality tasks.Therefore,it is imperative to further enhance the strategic position of information security,establish and improve relevant confidentiality system and establish a complete and reliable information security defense line under the new situation.This paper,with the methods of literature research,empirical study,investigation and interview,case analysis,comparative analysis and other ones,based on the introduction and definition of related concepts and theoretical basis on information technology and information security management,and also the new challenges faced by analyzing security management of confidential information under the informatization background,through the analysis of the current situation and the leaks case summary,combining with the individual practice in confidential work,it focuses on analyzing the prominent problems and the crux that exist in the work,digging out the root of the problems and summarizing all kinds of experiences and lessons comprehensively.Combining with effective strategies and experience summary of security management abroad,it put forward suggestions for improvement from the aspect of laws and regulations,management system,security education,supervision and inspection,technical improvement,team construction,personnel management,etc.In this way,it can improve the confidentiality management work to be systematic,scientific,technical and operable,and provide practical and effective reference path for reducing the occurrence of leakage cases to a large extent,protecting confidential information for our party and government departments and safeguarding our national interests.
