Terrorism is a major public security issue facing human society today.Terrorist organizations are the main perpetrators of terrorist acts,especially terrorist organizations.With its strict organization,clarity of purpose,extremeity of means and nature of illegality,terrorist organizations have greatly promoted the implementation of terrorist acts,especially terrorist crimes,and greatly enhanced terror.Social harm caused by doctrine.In view of this,countries have defined and sanctioned terrorist organizations to formulate relevant laws and regulations to achieve the purpose of combating terrorism.Due to the existence of local terrorism in our country,and in recent years,the situation has increased the dangers,the scope of activities and the integration of foreign forces.The legal sanctions against terrorist organizations have been increasing.After the "911" time,terrorism showed a trend of globalization,and the strike against terrorist organizations required countries to coordinate and regulate the relevant laws and regulations of countries against terrorist organizations from the level of international law.This paper tries to find out the commonalities and differences between the relevant national terrorist organizations and the international conventions and international treaties on terrorist organizations,and combines the criminal law,anti-terrorism law and related laws and administrative regulations.It is stipulated that the analysis of analogies,the inadequacies in the current legislation of terrorist organizations in China,combined with the legislative advantages of extraterritorial law,on the basis of the actual anti-terrorism struggle in China,put forw ard targeted and practical Feasible legislative advice.
