Research On The International Cooperation System For Punishing Terrorist Crimes

With the increasing terrorism attacks recent years,the connotation of terrorism have changed.Countries around the world can not make a same cognition,the terrorism have become more and more rampant.In order to control the serious situation of terrorism,cooperations are needed,making the fight against terrorism under the international law' s regulation.This article will give my own opinions and suggestions to anti-terrorism cooperative mechanism,expecting to make contribution to the theory of anti-terrorism.The article is divided into four sectors:The first sector mainly discuss the definition of terror terrorism and state the definition of terrorism in world' s main genealogies of law.Also,analyzing the characteristics of terrorism,making sure that.the terrorism is an international crime.The second sector mainly discuss the international anti-terrorism cooperation in theory and practice.On one hand this part explain the necessity of fighting against terrorism need the international cooperation.On the other hand,to prevent and fight against terrorism's practice,this sector states the cooperation mechanism between two counties,multi-countries and under UN.The third sector analyzes the cooperative mechanism in international law nowadays,including universal jurisdiction and international cooperation systems in criminal matters.The fourth sector makes some suggestions about building a world's anti-terrorism cooperation mechanism.Firstly,the definition of terrorism should be unified.Secondly,the internet should be controlled under the world' s cooperation.Thirdly,countries around t.he world should use other counties'anti-terrorism mechanism for reference.Fourthly,the anti-terrorism cooperative system of UN should be well used.Lastly,China should fight against the terrorism under the construction of "The belt and the road".
