Study Of Social Integration Condition And Related Problems Of Young Rural Migrant Workers In Weihai

Young rural migrant workers are a special group appearing during China’stransformation from traditional rural society to modern industrial society. Withthe speedup of urbanization, the population of rural migrant workers is growingand has become an important force that can not be ingnored in the economicconstruction. At present, in the new situation of coordinating rural andcountryside development and building well-off society in an all-around way, theliving conditions, social status and social integration of young migrant workersare catching more and more attention.This thesis analyzes the living conditions of young migrant workers fromthe perspectives of employment, rights and interests, salary level,socialintegration and etc by starting from social integration of young migrant workers,taking use of material on hand and combining fact finding so as tocomprehensively analyze and explain social integration problems of youngmigrant workers and the countermeasures. Through study, the main reasons forsocial integration of young migrant workers inlude system factors, imperfectionof laws and regulations, the quality of young rural migrant workers andetc.Young rural migrant workers are an important constitute part of our industrialworkers. How to deal with their social integration problems concerns thebuilding of harmonious society. Therefore, in order to protect the rights andinterests of young migrant workers, this thesis proposes specific countermeasuresand suggestions, such as system reform, human management, propaganda andeducation, skill training and so on.
