Research On Development And Countermeasures Of Public Welfare Youth Organization In Jingjiang

In the course of social and historical evolution,youth groups play an important role.They have strong vitality,action and inspiration.In recent years,the role of youth social organizations has become increasingly prominent,becoming an important component of social practice,and its types are gradually diversified.In the field of social practice,The role of youth organizations is becoming increasingly prominent,involving all aspects of society,not only has a positive role in promoting social responsibility for youth groups,but also plays an important role in cultivating and promoting the social norms awareness of youth groups.At the same time,it can promote the construction of social public service system,promote the efficiency of government supervision and management,and realize all kinds of social needs of young people.From the point of view of historical evolution,the development of youth social organizations in China follows the law of "less before much",and finally enters the period of "great prosperity".Based on the investigation of the current situation of the development of the public welfare social organizations in Jingjiang,and from the perspective of relevant theories,organizational needs and social development,this study combines the current situation of the public welfare youth social organizations in Jingjiang using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and field investigation,to timely understand and collect first-hand information,members and principals of public welfare youth social organizations were investigated to deeply analyze the development and problems faced by the public welfare youth social organizations in Jingjiang.Through investigation and research,it is concluded that there are some problems in the development of public welfare youth shooting tiger organizations in Jingjiang,such as relatively difficult to register,difficult to sustain development,relatively limited social influence,etc.The main reasons are lack of good rules and regulations,policy environment,lack of scientific and effective internal management mechanism,lack of social concern and public opinion guidance.Referring to the relevant cases in other regions,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of public welfare youth social organizations in Jingjiang.Through perfecting the policies and regulations adapting to the sustainable and long-term development of the organization,establishing a sound organizational and management mechanism,exploring and establishing a leading platform of youth social organizations and highlighting the position of public welfare youth social organizations in the heart of people,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the public welfare youth social organizations in Jingjiang.The results of this study can not only provide a theoretical basis for the development and transformation of public welfare youth social organizations,but also provide a reference value for the relevant government departments to formulate relevant supporting links,services,guidance and other policies.
