Research On Government Functions In The Construction Of Characteristic Towns In Guangxi Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

As the representative of underdeveloped areas,how to grasp the great historical opportunity of Rural Revitalization and realize the goal of strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich peasants in combination with the construction of small towns with regional characteristics is a very practical problem facing us.At the same time,we should clearly realize that perfecting the construction of government functions is to promote and solve the problem.The core of the three rural issues.Based on the theories of government functions,new public management and industrial structure,this paper analyzes the current construction cases of rock-climbing towns in Mashan,Guangxi,by using the methods of case analysis,literature analysis and field investigation,and discusses the government functions of underdeveloped areas in special towns projects.The problems of vacancy and offside and their causes are discussed,and then the government posts such as scientific positioning of the construction concept of Characteristic Towns and development and revitalization strategy,straightening out the administrative management system of the construction of characteristic towns,setting up the public service platform for the industrial integration of characteristic towns,promoting the infrastructure construction of characteristic towns,and strengthening the safety production management of characteristic towns are put forward.The optimized countermeasures can be used for reference to better build small towns with Guangxi characteristics in the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new period.
