Enhancement Study On Speaking Right Of Higher Education's Ideology Under The Background Of New Media

The contention of ideological speaking right is related to the politics and leadership power of the country,development path of the country,future and destiny of the country,which requires that “the leadership and speaking right of ideological work must be firmly grasped”.The current contests among various countries in the world have been transferred from the traditional military and economic fields to the ideological fields taking thought consciousness and value output as the core.Facing the new complex and changeable situations at home and abroad,the colleges and universities where cultivate socialist builders and reliable successors have become the main battlefield of conflicts in the ideological field under the influence of various social thoughts.In this regard,colleges and universities should adhere to the correct direction in the construction of ideological speaking right,improve the guidance ability of public opinion's discourse and grasp the position of mainstream ideology.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the modes of public opinion's generation and the modes of utterances' transmission have had profound changes,the emerging media based on network has profoundly changed the patterns of the media and the ecosystem of public opinions,network has already become the origin source of public opinions' generation,the collecting and distributing center of information dissemination and the main position of ideological confrontation,the main battlefield of conflicts in the ideological field has already shifted to emerging media on the Internet.In the information age when the emerging media develops rapidly,how to consolidate the dominant position of our country's mainstream ideology and enhance the ideological speaking rights under the background of emerging media have already become the major confronted topics of the times of colleges and universities' current ideological and political education.There are many challenges and impacts on the construction of ideological speaking rights in colleges and universities under thebackground of emerging media.Facing the Western complex utterance infiltration of ideology,it expresses that the utterance penetration of ideological education in domestic universities weakens,and the platform construction of discourse is imperfect,the effect of ideological and political theory courses is not good,and the education discourse of ideology is excessively official and has weak influence and so on under new economic development situation and under the background of information globalization.Taking the emerging media as the background of the times,this paper analyzes and discusses from the following aspects: Firstly,make explanation for the concept and connotation of emerging media and the construction of ideological speaking rights in colleges and universities,emphasizes the ideological functions of emerging media,and find out the relevant theoretical basis for realizing the ideological speaking rights in colleges and universities under the background of emerging media.Secondly,starting from analyzing the ideological speaking power construction's present situation in colleges and universities under the background of emerging media,the challenge and impact of the present colleges and universities are drawn out on the aspect of ideological speaking rights' construction.Finally,adhere to the method of concrete question concrete analysis,base ourselves on reality on the basis of adhering to the basic principles and objectives of CPC Central Committee on building a socialist ideology in the new era,propose the corresponding feasible countermeasures by starting from the realistic problems those exist in the construction of ideological speaking rights in colleges and universities on the background of emerging media.This paper analyzes the general problems existing in the construction of ideological discourse power in China's colleges and universities,and the countermeasure research has relatively universal applicability,which can provide certain reference value for ideological workers in colleges and universities.
