On The Perfection Of Mongolian Foreign Investment Law

The Mongolia opened up in the 1990s and adopted a series of measures to establish a system suitable for foreign direct investment.After more than 20 years of development,it has gradually established a relatively complete system of foreign direct investment,which,for the time being,is based on foreign direct investment.The Mongolian mining industry,catering industry,financial industry,and construction industry have vigorously developed,causing the national economy to tend to be stable and prosperous.Among them,Chinese investment occupies a subjective position and its advantages are obvious.This paper is divided into four chapters for the study Mongolian legislative evolution and system of Mongolian Foreign Investment Law.Through the basic situation of foreign investment in Mongolia,the evolution of foreign investment law in Mongolia and the main system of foreign investment law in Mongolia are discussed in three aspects.The second chapter is about the main problems existing in Mongolian Foreign Investment Law.It is found that the substantive provisions of the Mongolian Foreign Investment Law are not perfect,the procedures are not transparent,and the implementation process has risks.The third chapter mainly starts from the implementation of the foreign investment law system in China,including the scope of foreign investment,the legal status of investors,the examination and approval of foreign investment,and the four aspects of tax incentives,and studies where it can be used as a reference.The fourth chapter aims at improving the suggestions of foreign investment in Mongolia,mainly from three aspects:improving the real law of foreign investment,regulating management,and perfecting the procedure law of foreign investment in Mongolia.On the basis of the Chinese foreign investment law system,the author puts forward some strategies such as improving the legal system,regulating management and multi-way dispute resolution mechanism.
