Since 1990,China promulgated the Regulations of the People's Republic of China Detention House by Decree No.52 of the State Council,which marked the legalization of the work of the supervision places represented by detention centers.With the steady development of society and the continuous advancement of the rule of law in China,the laws of various departments are being further improved,and the protection and emphasis on human rights are also reflected in the legal level,such as the Criminal Procedure Law amended in 2018,which guarantees the legitimate rights and interests of criminal suspects at the legal level.Comparatively speaking,the law to protect the rights and interests of the people's police lags behind the situation of paying more attention to human rights.Although the Civil Law,the Criminal Law and the People's Police Law respectively stipulate the rights and interests of the people's police in China(including civil rights and interests,law enforcement rights and interests),there is no specific code or regulation to guarantee the rights and interests of the people's police in detention centers.Only by protecting the health rights and interests of the people's police in detention centers and eliminating worries at home,can the detained people be further stabilized and the criminal suspects perform well in custody.It is very beneficial for the public security organs,procuratorates,courts and the detainees themselves to cooperate with the investigation and correctly participate in legal proceedings,and it also plays an important role in social stability.As a result,this paper USES the method of combining theory and practice from the concept of the people's police detention house,this paper expounds the importance of protection of the people's police detention house health,based on the status quo of health police detention center's people were analyzed,and based on the detention center and the actual situation of the people's police of the safeguard the rights and interests of the people's police detention house health measures are put forward,in the future how to safeguard health rights and interests of the people' s police detention house further discussion.
