People-oriented Thought Of Huang Zongxi And Its Enlightenment

At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,with the gradual appearance of the malpractice of the feudal system and the intensification of social contradictions,the capitalist relations of production began to sprout,and the social ideological system began to appear with new ideas and new viewpoints.Huang Zongxi's people-oriented thought occupies an important position among them.Taking the people as the starting point,Huang Zongxi inherits and develops the Confucian thought of the people,draws the essence from the spirit of the Donglin Party and the humanism at the end of the Ming Dynasty,and pushes the people-based thought of ancient China to a new height.This paper mainly discusses the historical conditions and theoretical basis of Huang Zongxi's people-oriented thought,and emphatically expounds Huang Zongxi's people-centered thought,and then analyzes the important role and significance of his thought in the society at that time.This paper objectively analyzes the limitations of his people-oriented thought,and reveals the contemporary enlightenment of his thought in the construction of the present society.Huang Zongxi's thought of people-oriented has had a great influence in the history of Chinese ideology and culture.His thought mainly includes four aspects: the anti-autocratic thought of "the world as the lord is the guest",and the rule of law thought of replacing the "family law" with "the law of the world".The economic thought of "all Industry and Commerce",academic and political education unifies in the school's educational thought.These thoughts directly determine Huang Zongxi's advanced nature and depth of people-oriented thought at that time,but these thoughts are restricted by the historical conditions at that time,and they also have some limitations.The malpractice of anti-feudalism,the imagination of system design and the uncertainty of the direction of social development lead its thoughts to fail to subvert the feudal autocracy of monarchy in a substantial way,because of the unthorough nature of anti-feudalism,the imagination of system design and the uncertainty of social development.However,it is undeniable that the rational kernel contained in Huang Zongxi's people-oriented thought,which is consistent with the connotation of moderndemocratic politics,is valuable,and it is also of great significance for the construction of our democratic politics today.Huang Zongxi advocates attaching importance to the subject position of the people,strengthening the restriction of government power,promoting the construction of the national governance system,promoting the balanced and full development of all trades;Paying attention to the basic role of school education in promoting social development,these ideas are still of positive significance to social governance.Through the analysis and discussion of Huang Zongxi's people-oriented thought,this paper hopes to face up to the reference of Huang Zongxi's people-centered thought again,thus providing some theoretical enlightenment in the improvement and development of the present social system.
