Research On The International Regulation Of Artificial Intelligence Weapon

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,artificial intelligence weapons have gradually entered the vision of the world and human.The most important feature of artificial intelligence weapons is autonomy.Artificial intelligence weapons with a high degree of autonomy can judge,decide and attack targets without human intervention.With improvement of the autonomy of artificial intelligence weapons,it has caused certain challenges to the current international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict under the international law.These two laws can still regulate artificial intelligence weapons through parts that can be applied to artificial intelligence weapons.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.Firstly,the concept of artificial intelligence weapons is defined from both definition and qualitative aspects,and the types of artificial intelligence weapons,the development status and development prospects are introduced.Then from the perspective of international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict,analyze the regulation of artificial intelligence weapons in contemporary international law.The third part is based on the above analysis,and analyzes the legality and responsibility of artificial intelligence weapons.The fourth part mainly proposes suggestions of how to regulate artificial intelligence weapons in international law from aspects of content and form.Finally,analyzes the relevant policies of China on artificial intelligence weapons and explores the experience and enlightenment that China can obtain from the international regulations of artificial intelligence weapons.The innovation of this paper is to explore and analyze parts of the current international law that can be applied to artificial intelligence weapons and those that cannot be applied.It also analyzes the legality and responsibility of artificial intelligence weapons,and then provides ideas for better regulation of artificial intelligence weapons by international law,and provides experience for China.
