Research On The Countermeasures Of Mass Incidents In The Public Security Work

Mass incidents disposal ability to a certain extent,reflects a state of emergency and public event management level,and the construction of mass incidents disposal mechanism is not only the content of the construction of the national system is the important embodiment of the social management system.Mass incidents disposal under the current system of our country mainly depends on the public security organ to control events by force,but because our country current law and the relevant system is not perfect,makes the mass incidents of disposal problems in one way or another,as the research object,the writer mainly adopted method of case analysis,through the case of our country play the role of the public security organs in mass incidents disposal situation analysis,in order to further understand the public security organ in the dispose of the problems existing in the mass incidents,countermeasures against the existing problems,in order to promote the improvement of the public security organ disposal countermeasures.In this paper,the Chinese scholars about the public security organs to deal with mass incidents summarizes the countermeasures of related theory,on the basis of existing research results,analyzing the domestic disposal measures of the mass incidents in China,analyzes the public security organs to deal with mass incidents methods and countermeasures of the problems and reasons;Finally from the perfect legislation,strengthen early warning,perfect the mechanism,to strengthen the construction of their own,and pay attention to network public opinion disposal point of view puts forward some countermeasures to improve disposal ability of mass incidents of public security organs.
