A Study On Community Governance Of College Students From The Perspective Of Muitiple Governance

In colleges and universities,student community is an important product of its logistics socialization reform.Through the construction of student community,it is not only helpful to promote the growth and development of students,but also to form a sound personality for students.As for the pluralistic community governance of college students' dormitory,it is mainly aimed at the construction of college students'dormitory.According to the psychological characteristics of the students,the construction of a dormitory environment in line with the development of students and complete functions,and the creation of a harmonious,orderly and positive learning and living environment,Make students imperceptibly form good living habits and healthy and upward ideas in the process of living.In view of the current number of college students Generally speaking,it shows more special group characteristics.For the good development of students,we should further improve the level of school education and teaching,and attach great importance to the scientific,democratic and standardized construction of the student community.It is particularly important to add the corresponding social practice activities in the community construction,ideological and political education and so on.The mode of school community construction under pluralistic governance is that on the basis of school and student governance,all sectors of society can also actively participate in the construction and management of university student community,through the joint efforts of all sectors of society to build.Effectively improve the economic benefits of the student community in colleges and universities,and further improve the quality and teaching of education in colleges and universities Learning level.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,reviews and combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the governance of college students,and points out the main research contents of this paper.Secondly,it explains the core concepts of this paper,such as community governance,student community,college student community governance and so on,and expounds the theory of pluralistic governance and humanistic management,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.By using the interview method,this paper conducts interviews with two groups of school community managers and students,and deeply understands the present situation of the community governance of college students.It is found that there are the following main problems in the community governance of college students at present.The governance model is single and the goal is unknown It is true that the governance institutions are confused,the distribution of rights is unclear,the participation of students' organizations is insufficient,and the power of self-management is lacking,and the level of community governance of college students is seriously lagging behind,etc.The main reason is that students' community governance is out of line with ideological education,the responsibility of the governance organization is not clear,the rights and status of students' organizations are not fully recognized,and the level of professional governance is lacking.Combined with the governance situation of college student community in China,this paper further analyzes and summarizes the governance experience worthy of learning from the construction of student community in colleges and universities in our country,and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions in view of the problems existing in the construction of student community in colleges and universities in our country.
