The Preliminary Study On The Offering Course Of Ethnic Theory And Ethnic Policy In W University

Based on the summary of the existing measures of the education of ethnic outlook and the analysis of questionnaire survey in W University,it is concluded that the education of ethnic outlook in W University has various forms and both theory and practice,but the content of the education of ethnic outlook still needs to be enriched and perfected,especially in the aspect of the Party’s ethnic theory and policy,which is still relatively weak,and impossible for students to construct a systematic cognition of the Party’s ethnic theory and policy,and the effect of the education of school’s ethnic outlook needs to be improved.It has practical needs to offer the course "Ethnic Theory and Ethnic Policy" in W University that is the need of implementing the Party’s and the state’s ethnic education policy,guiding students to firmly establish Marxist ethnic outlook,and training high-quality talents for local economic and social development.Simultaneously,it is also has many feasible conditions of "momentum,internal advantages,public support".With the joint efforts of many parties,the course was successfully offered in W University at the beginning of this year,which realized the breakthrough of the course "starting from scratch".Finally,the writer puts forward some ideas on the offering course of "Ethnic Theory and Policy" in W University and constructs four paths:The first is to clarify the guiding ideology and grasp the right direction;The second is to strengthen the construction of teachers and set up teaching teams;The third is to optimize teaching design and form teaching plan;Fourthly;Connect the second classroom and stimulating learning motivation.so as to realize the construction of "from having to being excellent".And preliminaryly construct an implementation draft of course offering for other universities.
