Study On Group Work On Alleviating Retirement Syndrome Of Retired Veteran Cadres In Urban Community

China has a vast territory and a large population.The elderly population accounts for a large proportion of the total population of the society.Therefore,the problem of old age is particularly prominent in complex social problems,and the problem of old age is gradually receiving attention in various research fields.The most prominent old age problem in the 21 st century is the problem of population aging.The problem of population aging can be said to have a certain impact not only on China but also on the whole world.Therefore,based on the macro background of population aging,this article focuses on the large and special group of the elderly,actively explores the potential problems of the group under the new situation,and targets the retiring old cadres to solve the problem of retirement syndrome..It can be said that in the complicated and diverse old age problem,an old age problem that cannot be ignored is the retirement syndrome problem of retired elderly people,especially in retired veterans.In our country,the special historical and cultural background and development process have created a special institutional and policy environment,and also created a unique retirement mechanism in China,making the retirement syndrome problem unique among retired elderly people,especially retired veterans.A problem with outstanding performance.The study found that most of the research on the retirement syndrome of retired veteran cadres in mainland China is from a macroscopic point of view,or from the perspective of medicine and psychology,the social work means to intervene in retired veteran cadres "retire syndrome" Little research has been done.To this end,this paper selects the topic from the microscopic point of view,based on the investigation and research of the R community in Shenyang City,describes the current situation of the retirement syndrome problem in the retired veteran cadres,and demonstrates the ineffective factors of the current retired veteran cadres’ retirement syndrome.After the reasons for the emergence of the retirement syndrome,through the group’s social work,relying on the group environment and group dynamics,a series of related group activities were carried out to help the retired veterans of the R community with “retirement syndrome” get out of the retirement shadow as soon as possible.And get the relevant research conclusions and put forward appropriate countermeasures and suggestions,and then demonstrate the superiority of the group social work means to ease the retirement syndrome of retired veteran cadres.
