Research On The Problem Of Rural Community Elderly Care Services In Qujing City

In the past 40 years,China has been developing with a high speed and been the second largest economy in the world.The population of China is about one fifth of the world's,however,the quality of the health care is still relatively low with the emerging problem of the population.It is very important to make the tendency slow down at the perspective of government.According to the low speed of development,there is a contradiction between the increasing demand of the old and weakness guarantee of the existing pension system.It's the reason why low satisfaction of service for the old isFor a long time,due to the scattered population in rural areas and the old concept of family pension,people focus on pension problems are mainly concentrated in urban areas instead of rural areas.Qujing City is the second largest city in Yunnan Province,the number of elderly population in rural areas is large,the demand and range of old age is wide,the problem of ageing of rural areas is even more serious than that of urban area,and the old-inversion of urban and rural areas is the main characteristic of Qujing's population problem.In this paper,we're going to focus on the problem of the age service of rural community in Qujing City,this paper mainly adopt literature research method,case study method,questionnaire method and comparative analysis on the development state of rural community service of Qujing City,which has been developed in the years of the development of the social services of the village,and in the recent years,it's in the nurturing stage,the development of the unbalance,the low level of service,the shortage of professional talent and the lack of operational management mechanism.The study takes community as the breakthrough point,emphasized the rural community to provide for pension services with natural resources and advantages,and puts forward to explore endogenous power for the sustainable development of rural community endowment service.At the same time,by studying and summarizing the experience of local distinctive rural community elderly care service modes at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of Qujing's rural economy and society,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions to provide certain reference for the development of Qujing's rural community elderly care service...
