project.It is necessary to mobilize all personnel,integrate variou s resources,explore the situation,and actively promote it.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Par ty of China emphasized the content of democratic building within the party.In China's c olleges and universities,we actively promote the building of inner-party democracy,im prove the intra-party democracy in colleges and universities,and make the inner-party d emocracy more extensive.Inner-party democracy must be valued and studied by the par ty's organizations at all levels,and it should be discussed as a key issue.Colleges and un iversities are an important embodiment of the cultural innovation achievements in their region.It is an important place for society to inherit scientific culture and to undertake major tasks such as promoting social science knowledge exchange and social moderniza tion.The development of socialism in our country building democracy,summarize the problems existing in the construction of intra-party democracy in colleges and universities in the new era,and propose relevant c ountermeasures.Clarify the specific
