It has been more than 50 years since the birth of the Internet,and it has been connected to China for 25 years.In the early stage of the Internet development,due to technical limitations and people s cognitive limitations,the Internet has little impact on economic and social development.However,in recent decades,with the acceleration of new technologies and new applications,the development of the Internet has suddenly accelerated.Various new forms of business and new situations keep emerging.The number of Internet users has soared.The development of the Internet has changed the pattern of the traditional market and accelerated the integration with related industries.On this basis,the network culture market has emerged and developed rapidly.The development of Internet culture market accelerates the spread of human civilization and promotes the integration of multi-culture.However,compared with the traditional culture market,the network culture market is an emerging market after all,with immature market mechanism,inadequate government regulation and its own characteristics of'virtualization and openness,which lead to many problems in its development process.For example,the content of network cultural communication contains a large number of false and harmful information,and piracy and infringement of the main body of network cultural communication are common occurrences.These problems seriously affect the healthy development of teenagers,disrupt the normal operation order,and hinder the healthy development of network cultural market.The regulation of network culture market is a common problem faced by all countries.Many countries have developed network information technology,and the regulation of network culture started early.After years of exploration and practice,a relatively mature mechanism has been formed.This article through to the analysis of current network culture market government regulation in our country,find out problems in the process of supervision,and analyses the causes of these problems,and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of network cultural market supervision,combined with their own work practice,targeted put forward the ways to promote the regulation ability of Chinese Internet culture market government,to establish a perfect network culture market supervision system are also proposed.
