Research On Zhang Youyu's Socialist Democratic And Rule Of Law Thought

Mr.Zhang Youyu is a famous jurist,politician,journalist,a firm Marxist believer and proletarian thinker in China.He devoted his whole life to building socialism in China.Zhang Youyu was born in an era of political turmoil,which brought him an opportunity to study and rule of law.At that time,people's democratic rights were greatly restricted,people's freedom and rights were not guaranteed,and there were great problems in the construction of the rule of law.From the perspective of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the public,Zhang Youyu made a thorough study of democracy and the rule of law.Zhang Youyu has always firmly grasped the principle of Marxism and the guiding position of Marxism in his research.He has put forward many constructive opinions by combining Marxist legal thought with China's actual situation.He has made remarkable contributions to the construction of socialist democracy and the rule of law in our country,and his thought of democracy and the rule of law has contributed extremely important historical materials to the deepening of the study of socialist democracy and the rule of law.Since the 18 th National Congress,great achievements have been made in the construction of democracy and the rule of law.Socialist democracy has been developing continuously,intra-Party democracy has become more extensive,the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics has become increasingly perfect,and the concept of rule of law in the whole society has increased significantly.Socialist democracy and rule of law have always been the focus of attention of the state and the whole society.Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law occupies a very important position in the formation of socialist democracy and rule of law in China.Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law plays an important role in the formation of socialist democracy and rule of law in China.Zhang Youyu has formed his own theoretical framework and ideological system in the study of democracy and rule of law in the light of China's development history.Zhang Youyu believes that democracy varies with the different stages of social development.We need to use Marxist theory to make a scientific analysis of democratic issues in each period and develop with the development of the times.Zhang Youyu's thought of rule of law is different from that of capitalism and traditional Chinese political theorists.Zhang Youyu believes that rule of law should be based on democratic politics and be progressive with social development.On the issue of the relationship between democracy and the rule of law,Zhang Youyu uses the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxist theory to treat the problem.He believes that democracy and the rule of law are dialectically unified and mutually reinforcing,and we should look at the problem between them from various angles.Up to now,Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law is still of great reference significance for the construction of democratic politics and rule of law system with Chinese characteristics.This article takes Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law as the object of discussion,and through systematic research on its historical background and development,as well as Zhang Youyu's basic explanation of democracy and rule of law,concretely analyses its ideological connotation,aiming at systematically combing and comprehensively investigating Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law.This paper is divided into five parts to study the content of Zhang Youyu's democratic and legal thought.Specific research contents are as follows:The first part summarizes the background of Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law.This paper briefly summarizes the course of the development of democratic thought,focusing on the historical background and theoretical origin of Zhang Youyu's democratic thought.The influence of Marxist classical writers and modern Chinese thinkers on his thoughts,especially Mr.Sun Yat-sen's Three People's Principles,plays an extremely important role in the formation of his democratic and legal thoughts.The second part demonstrates Zhang Youyu's dialectical materialism and historical materialism of law,including the origin of law,the essence of law and the task of law,the social function of law and the Sinicization of Marxist legal thought.The third part combs Zhang Youyu's related expositions on the important role of socialist democracy and rule of law construction,and his expositions on the relationship between democracy and rule of law.The fourth part divides the content of Zhang Youyu's democratic thought into three aspects: constitutionalism,rule of law and human rights thought.The fifth part demonstrates the positive role of Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law in the construction of contemporary democracy and the limitations of Zhang Youyu's thought of democracy and rule of law.
