A Research On The Relationship Between The Migration Experience Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers And The Changes Of Social Network

China's reform and opening up has given farmers more labor autonomy,which has led to large-scale population movements from rural to urban areas.As for the flow of migrant workers,in space,it shows the flow of geographical position between the urban and the rural areas;in their careers,it shows the conversion from agricultural occupation to the non-agricultural occupation.The process of urban-rural mobility and career mobility is inseparable from the support of the social network.The author selects Y village in Liuzhou City for field investigation and selects 25 young generation farmers who had the experience of migrating as the research object,to explore the relationship between their Migration experience and social network changes,and to divide the social network into a pre-existing social network and a self-sufficient social network.Through research,the author found that these two networks have a direct effect on each other;it had mutual construction of characteristics.Specific performance::(1)The flow of young generation of migrant workers will have an impact on social networks,namely,The flow of young generation of migrant workers will have an impact on social networks,namely,local social network reconstruction and reconstruction of the pre-existing social network in source areas.(2)The role of the social network of the new generation of migrant workers in their support for their migration.On the one hand,the pre-existing social network plays a guiding role for urban-rural mobility and increases.On the other hand,the self-sufficient social network plays a stable role in the flow of urban and rural areas and expands the choice of vertical career mobility.This research discusses the relationship between the Migration experience of new generation of migrant workers and the changes of their social network in the current normal industrial transformation in the new economy of China,in response to the new characteristics of migrant workers and migration.
