The Central Government Work Report emphasis the Human-centered new urbanization nearly two years,then migration of Agricultural Transfer Population increasing attention.To some extent, we can know Chinese migration trend in the future through migration willingness of new generation migrant worker. The key factors denigration willingness of new generation migrant worker are not only macroeconomic policy,but also the complicated microscopic mechanism of migration.New generation migrant worker desire to Improving their own destiny and achieve the family expectations by entering the urban.However, their survival and development of the city’s current situation is worrying.Whether city is their final destination,where they will go in the second migration in future,exploring these issues is the intention of this paper.This paper intends to use the MLogit model to analyze the decision variables of migrate willingness of new generation of migrant workers through the typical survey in Shenzhen.Contents of this article:The body consists of four parts.The first part,theory foundation of new Generation of migrant workers migration decision;The second part,description of survival and development status;The third part,empirical Analysis of migration willingness of new generation migrant worker. This part first summarize the important factors of new generation of migrant workers migration:personal and family characteristics,Income and consumption characteristics, urban employment characteristics,institutional factors and psychological factors,then select the main arguments in the index of these factors to build a MLogit model.This model analysis the determinants of migration willingness of new generation migrant worker.Next,this paper does robustness test to this model.Last,it goes Description and Analysis of the typical cases in the interview survey as supplement to the regression results.The fourth part,policy recommendations of improving the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers.This part proposals reform recommendations to the institutional barriers and improving recommendations to the new generation of migrant workers.Results of this article:migration willingness of new generation migrant workers in Shenzhen,Medium and small cities,Rural areas,Unclear respectively are:13%、34%、32%、21%;these main independent variables:gender,years of education, income, social insurance all have significant impacts on migrate willingness of the new generation of migrant workers. Choice of women are more uncertainty than men; The higher the level of education and income, individuals prefer urban migration to rural; Participant in social insurance can significantly reduce future risk and increase the probability of generation of migrant workers to stay in Shenzhen. When the urban Household demand and employment channels variables are under control, the result is still robust. Policy makers should focus on the microscopic mechanism of migration of new generation of migrant workers, put attention to the reform in rural education 、 wage protection of migrant workers and social insurance system.
