The Research Of Recidivism Prevention About Persons Who Released From Prison Or Dissolves Community Correction

The problem of recidivism is the same as that of crime.It has existed since ancient times.Since the problem has existed for a long time,there are many proposals and countermeasures on re-offending prevention and control in ancient and modern China and abroad.But even so,in recent years,China's recidivism rate has continued to rise,which is a question worthy of o ur reflection.In addition,why do criminals go to the path of crime after the punishment and re form of imprisonment or community correction? This issue is worth exploring.Therefore,this article is mainly aimed at criminals who have undergone criminal reform or community corre ction,and re-offenders who have once again stepped onto the criminal path after returning to s ociety.Analyze and discuss along the ideas of analyzing and solving problems,in order to des cribe the phenomenon of re-offending,reflect on the current countermeasures against re-crime,and propose improvement strategies.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the preface of the article.This p art is an explanation of the research purpose,literature review,theoretical and practical signifi cance of the research.The second chapter is an overview of recidivism.The theoretical evalua tion usually begins with the definition of concept,and scientifically and accurately defines the meaning of the research object,which is the primary prerequisite for studying it.This chapter first clarifies the concept of recidivism as described in this article,and distinguishes it from fi rst-time offenders,even offenders,recidivists,and recidivists.The third chapter is an empirica l study of the current recidivism in China.This chapter first explains the sample sources select ed in this study,then analyzes the contents of the questionnaire,and analyzes the relevant fact ors that may affect the recidivism through empirical research.The fourth chapter analyzes the preventive countermeasures of recidivism,mainly analyzes the two aspects of family probatio n and reform and correction of punishment execution places,trying to explore the role of prev ention and recidivism in the process of reforming and correcting the subject during the executi on of punishment.Recidivism has great personal danger and social harm.Many criminal cases with serious consequences and bad nature are re-offenders,reducing the chances and possibilities for criminals to commit crimes again,reducing overall crime rate,maintaining social stability and protection.The safety of people's lives and property plays a very important role.
