Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Young Pioneers' Organization On The Enlightenment Function Of Young Children's Political Socialization

Children and adolescents carry the hope of the motherland and the nation.This period is also the initial stage of the formation of life political views and values which is of great significance to a person's own development.The Chinese Young Pioneers(hereinafter referred to as the " Young Pioneers")are mass organizations of Chinese young people and places where young people learn communism.They play a key role in cultivating their political feelings and political enlightenment of national pride.This article is based on the political socialization of children and adolescents,based on the perspective of the organization and education of the Young Pioneers,combined with the practice of the Young Pioneers,to carry out in-depth research on the construction of the thinking of the political socialization of children and adolescents.Using political theory and the organization and management theory of the Young Pioneers,combined with the educational function of the Young Pioneers organization and the political socialization of children and adolescents,this paper makes an in-depth study on the political socialization of children and adolescents in China.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research background and problems of this paper which include the current research status,research significance and purpose and research methods adopted.The second part defines the concept of Young Pioneers and the political socialization of children.This paper introduces the basic contents and features of the political socialization of children and adolescents,then analyzes the functions of the Young Pioneers in organizing and educating the political socialization of children and adolescents,that is.initially forming political concepts,cultivating political emotional identity and exercising political practicality.The third part takes ten Young Pioneers organizations in C city as the investigation objects and investigates the current situation of children's political socialization.The investigation contents include children's political socialization cognition,identification and participation.The fourth part is about the obstacles that the Young Pioneers have in organizing and educating children's political socialization,such as the single cognitive form of children's political socialization,the imperfect construction of the Young Pioneer counselors team and the insufficient resource guarantee for the work of children's political socialization.The fifth part puts forward some strategies for the Young Pioneers to organize and educate their children's political socialization from the following aspects: innovating the cognitive means of children's political socialization,perfecting the construction of the Young Pioneers' counselor team,improving the affinity,establishing a multi-party cooperative linkage mechanism and enhancing the participation of children's political socialization activities and so on to provide some references for the relevant work of our Young Pioneers.
