Study On The Government Functions In The Development Of Tea Industry In Xinchang County,Zhejiang Province

The tea industry is a traditionally advantageous industry in Xinchang County and a pillar industry in Xinchang County.The development of the tea industry directly determines the economic development of Xinchang County and is a key factor in its development.Based on the culture of public management related disciplines,this paper combines the actual development of the tea industry in Xinchang County,conducts in-depth research on the problems in government management during the development process,promotes the effective exercise of local government functions,and promotes the development of industrial science.Necessity,more urgency;and provides a useful supplement to the theory of government management in industrial development.Based on the research background,significance,literature review and research methods,this paper first introduces the development status,development level and existing problems of the tea industry in Xinchang County.Secondly,it discusses the practice of Xinchang County Government in the development of tea industry.At the same time,pointed out the problems and found out the problems;once again,the Xinchang County government analyzed the reasons for the problems in the development of the tea industry,and laid the foundation for the writing of the measures;finally,the Xinchang County government must clearly define its own position and improve the government.Promote the macro-policy guiding function of the development of the tea industry,strengthen the government's financial support function to promote the development of the tea industry,give full play to the government's coordinated regulation and control functions to promote the development of the tea industry,and improve the government's functional service functions such as the service of the tea industry.
