Study On Cultivation Of Professional Morality Of New Professional Farmers

With the advancement of urbanization and rapid economic development,the problem of "who will farm the land" has become a "roadblock" on China's way forward.In 2012,the No.1 document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China first proposed to make great efforts to cultivate new-type professional farmers and build them into the leading force of modern agriculture in China,ensuring the future of China's agriculture.Up to now,more than 15 million new vocational farmers have been cultivated in China,and the number of them is approaching 20 million.The number of new vocational farmers is constantly expanding,and the new vocational groups are gradually growing."In fact,every class,even every industry,has its own morality".As a new main body of modern agricultural industry,the new-type professional farmers should have their own professional ethics which conforms to their own professional characteristics.Strengthening the cultivation of professional ethics is not only a necessary condition for the transformation of farmers' "identity" to "occupation",but also an important content of the construction of citizen morality in the new era.It not only upholds the educational concept of "cultivating people by virtue",but also improves the cultivation system of new professional farmers.It not only adheres to the principle of all-round development of human beings,but also guarantees the quality and safety of agricultural products in China.Cultivating and promoting the professional ethics of new professional farmers will promote the development of modern agriculture and the construction of socialist harmonious society.Based on the collection of relevant documents and policies,this paper takes the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics as the research object,expounds the relevant concepts of the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics.The cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics is an important part of the cultivation of new professional farmers,a key link in the cultivation of qualified "new farmers" Moral cultivation is not achieved overnight,but requires the joint efforts of the government,schools,enterprises and new-typeprofessional farmers themselves.After defining the relevant concepts of the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics,it is explained that the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics plays an important role in the current social and economic development,the construction of spiritual civilization,the overall development of human beings,the quality and safety of agricultural products,etc.At the same time,it analyzes the thoughts of professional ethics and moral education at all times and in all countries.The basic connotation of the new professional farmers' professional ethics is composed of the thoughts of honesty,dedication,justice and benefit.The theories of cognitive development,human's all-round development,moral introspection,practical exercise and so on provide the theoretical basis for the cultivation of the new professional farmers' professional ethics.Then according to the relevant data and news reports,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics in China,from the achievements and problems.And on the basis of its cultivation,according to the relevant concepts and theories of the cultivation of new professional farmers' professional ethics,from the system,education,external environment and Four aspects of the new-type professional farmers themselves explain the causes of the problems.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,according to the needs of the development of the times,combined with the relevant national policy documents on the cultivation of new professional farmers,four suggestions are put forward to strengthen the cultivation of new professional farmers' Professional Ethics:(1)to establish a perfect new professional farmers' professional ethics standards and system;(2)to build a new professional farmers' professional ethics education subject network;(3)to create a good external environment;(4)to improve the self-cultivation ability of new professional farmers.
