Under the background of a comprehensive framework for promoting the rule of law,the lawyer profession has become stronger and more prosperous.However,under the appearance of prosperity,the development of small and medium sized law firms faces many hindering factors.For example,the relative lack of management ability and imperfect system design with lack of executive ability,which together led to the whole process and lack of integrity of the design and implementation of talent incentive mechanism,resulting in the adverse consequences of brain drain.This article takes Rensheng Law Firm as an example.The full text is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,research content and methods of the topic,and proposes the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.The second chapter combs the content and current situation of domestic and foreign incentive research,and summarizes the key points of talent incentives which are worthy of attention.This lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the talent incentive mechanism of Rensheng Law Firm.The third chapter introduces the definition,characteristics and development of small and medium-sized law firms,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Rensheng Law Firm's talent incentive mechanism.The fourth chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of Rensheng Law Firm's talent incentives by using SWOT analysis method,and tries to improve its talent incentive mechanism as much as possible.The fifth chapter builds the competency model of Rensheng Law Firm based on the author's field research and statistical analysis.The sixth chapter is based on the previous research,and puts forward specific measures for optimizing the incentive mechanism of the lawyers in Rensheng Law Firm.Specifically,To perfect the salary distribution system to relieve the worries of talents.To make management decision democratization to broaden the way of lawyers' participation in law firm.paying more attention to the cultural construction to optimize legal personnel working environment.To build talent occupation development prospect through the complete training plan and targeted training measures.By these way,we should realize the purpose of talent incentive mechanism and enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of talents,and improve the sense of belonging and happiness of talents.Through the research,the author tries to seize the key point of talent incentive for Rensheng Law Firm to deal with the challenges of development by provide a practical way,especially the predicaments which in the aspect of talent incentive,talent management and talent competition.This paper lays a solid foundation for research by means of literature research and establishing a lawyer competency model.The combination of theory and practice will ensure that the study is as practical as possible,and can produce certain social value.
