Research On The Intelligent Construction Of Kaixuan Community In Shenhe District Of Shenyang

Smart community is a new community management mode based on big data and intelligent information.Promoting the construction of smart community is a scientific measure aimed at improving the effectiveness of grassroots governance and services that closely integrated with the development of informatization and urbanization in China.At present,the construction of smart community in Shenyang has developed rapidly and has been supported by multiple policy supports,national smart community construction pilot,for instance.As the specific implementation unit of smart city,smart community in Shenyang reflects good results in exploring the degree of intelligence and community management norms.Nevertheless,some concrete issues urgent to be regulated appear.By employing comparative analysis,literature review and questionnaire survey,from the perspective of public management,this paper explores the current situation and countermeasures of smart community construction both here and abroad,and studies the problems faced by the smart community construction of Kaixuan in Shenyang.Chapter one expounds the background,purpose and significance of title selection and summarizes the existing researches on the concept of smart communities,the characteristics of smart communities,the status quo of development,problems arising in construction and governance.The research methods and innovation points are also explained in this chapter.The second chapter describes the related concepts,development content,construction mode and theoretical basis about construction of community and smart community.The third chapter expounds the intelligence construction of kaixuan community and its initial results.The fourth chapter focuses on various prominent problems encountered in the construction of Kaixuan smart community,including the data information integration is difficult,the governance body structure is single,a large number of equipment idle after construction,and the public has no knowledge of community building.At the same time,analyzes the reasons for the construction of Kaixuan smart community.From the perspective of government public management,a proposal is offered in chapter V.Take the government as the leading role which can give full play to the main role of government departments,meanwhile,strengthen the building of smart community platforms,communities and social organizations such as improving residents’ participation,building professional talent teams,integrating resources of all parties to make joint efforts to formulate relevant improving strategies.It provides theoretical bases for building smart community network governance system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,pointing out the inadequacies of this article and appealing for more attention to the construction of smart community.
